Meet the Board that oversees the daily operations of Orlando Thunder, its mission, its goals and most of all, our children. Many of our volunteers have full-time day jobs and set aside their personal time to help the club run efficiently so all our children have the best experience possible!

Erica Thomas
Erica has a daughter in the Junior program. As a past president, Erica has overseen all aspects of the program from coaches, scholarships, team gear, equipment... you name it, she's been involved. Introduce yourself and use her as a resource!

Dom Mastroianni
Dom never watched water polo until his children started playing. He quickly fell in love with the game and parent camaraderie. He has kids playing in all levels: HS Girls, HS Boys, and Juniors. He feels the best way to build memories with your kids is to get involved to learn the sport with them. He can help new parents learn the game at “the table” (spotting, running the shot clock, or score sheet), and how to balance multi-activity children.

Jackie Jordan
Jackie has two children, one in HS Girls with Thunder. Jackie's background as a business owner brings a wealth of knowledge to our board. She's also involved with our Merch Mamas in the Thunder Shop raising money for Thunder while creating some really cool water polo gear at tournaments.

Megan Carrel
Megan has 2 kids in the HS Boys group and has 3 years of experience planning for JO travel. If you have questions about JO's and how much it costs, Megan is your resource! Megan is also often in charge of the scoring tables at tournaments and is always looking for volunteers willing to learn to help run score tables/time clocks.

Brian Patrolia
Brian has kids who have just moved from Juniors to HS Girls and HS Boys. Brian is happy to help new parents understand more about what to expect at tournaments, operating the clocks and how to read the brackets and scheduling for tournaments.
Board Secretary
Marta Wladyczka
Marta has a son on HS Boys and has been involved in the Merch Mamas Thunder Shop since its inception. She has been with Thunder for a number of years, has experience as a chaperone at JO’s, volunteers at tournaments in various roles including merchandise, front gate, score tables, or wherever there is a need. Marta enjoys collaborating with others and is happy to answer any questions that parents may have. She wants to encourage parents to volunteer, because their involvement is what makes the team succeed.
